1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Because each Guifff product is custom-made, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

The product arrives defective or damaged.

The product differs significantly from the description or preview shown at purchase.

The incorrect item was received.
To ensure quality control, please report any issues within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be processed.
Note: A variation of up to 20% between product images and the actual product may occur due to lighting or screen settings. This does not qualify as a defect.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a claim, please email support@guifff.com with the following details:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos showing the defect or issue

For printing errors: close-up images of the affected area

For sizing issues: a photo with a ruler or measuring tape for scale

For missing items: a photo of the received item and the shipping label
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within a few business days. If approved, you will receive a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund (including shipping).
3. Exclusions
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for:

Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Customer change of mind after purchase

Damage caused after delivery

Failure to review personalization details before checkout
Unauthorized returns or refused deliveries are not eligible for refunds.

4. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at support@guifff.com.
If the delay or loss is due to a carrier or fulfillment error, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Guifff is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or forwarding by the recipient.

5. Replacements & Refund Timeline
Since all Guifff products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns.
For non-returnable items, you may keep, donate, or responsibly recycle them.
Approved refunds are processed promptly, and funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
